After your initial consultation at Clínica Privé, a package with a customized solution according to your needs will be recommended. As best results are usually seen after 6 to 12 treatments every client is provided with a yearlong solution dependent on budget and expectations. Each treatment has prolonged effects thus a monthly treatment can be given over a period of time until the desired result is achieved. The effect of each treatment is accumulative with best results down the line.
A Liquid Facelift to replace volume loss that occurs with age is recommended to complement the 3D Skin Rejuvenation procedure.
What is 3D Skin Rejuvenation?

What are the typical areas that are treated?
The full face and neck are treated with 3 D Skin Rejuvenation but certain areas are targeted with the EndyMED 3DEEP procedure to tighten sagging areas. These typical areas are the jowls which includes the nasolabial folds (lines from the end of the nose to the end of the lips), wrinkles of the cheeks, and marionette lines (lines from the corners of the mouth to the jawline, accentuating the downturn of the mouth). Other targeted areas are above the brow for a "Laser Brow Lift" and below the eyes to tighten sagging. A double chin and crepey skin on the neck, as well as aged skin on the chest have also been successfully treated with 3 D Skin Rejuvenation.
How does 3D Skin Rejuvenation work?
The above 3 procedures can be combined with HydraFacial, Glycolic peels and Transdermal Mesotherapy all in one treatment to give superior results. This treatment treats all three layers of the skin to give a superior anti ageing result and consists of:

When should one start 3 D Skin Rejuvenation?
Intrinsic ageing, also known as the natural ageing process, is a continuous process that normally begins in our mid-20s. Within the skin, collagen production slows, and elastin, the substance that enables skin to snap back into place, has a bit less spring. Dead skin cells do not shed as quickly and turnover of new skin cells may decrease slightly. While these changes usually begin in our 20s, the signs of intrinsic ageing are typically not visible for decades.
As one ages, the skin's elasticity declines dramatically, wrinkles become evident and gravity constantly pulls on our bodies. Changes related to gravity become more pronounced and one of the earliest signs of facial ageing is the development of jowls. These changes get worse with age, so, the sooner one begins treatment for preventing or correction, the better. The jowls are areas of skin and fat that have fallen from the side of the face to hang along or below the jawline. Previously there was no alternative to surgical face lifts. The choices were fairly black and white; surgery or sagging!
Now with the advent of skin tightening devices and skin rejuvenation procedures, virtually any patient in their thirties or above can be a candidate for a little tightening and firming and the younger the patient the better the result. Eight out of ten patients get noticeable improvement in skin laxity after the first treatment and ten out of ten will be putting collagen "in the bank" for the future.
In addition ageing is a complex phenomenon which is genetically programmed according to a biological clock. But pre-mature ageing can occur due to external environmental factors such as UV rays, pollution, smoking which produce free radicals. Human skin is a living organ which performs dynamic activities such as growth, repair, movement and maintenance. Even though our skin requires cytokines and growth factors as key modulators of skin cell metabolism, their levels decreases with the ageing process which results in slow cell renewal and defective skin defence systems. If exogenous cytokines and growth factors are put into the aged skin by Transdermal Mesotherapy, they improve skin elasticity and plasticity via accelerated rejuvenating process.
How can 3 D Skin Rejuvenation give back a youthful appearance and help the ageing process?

Two to Six months thereafter, when the effects of laser rejuvenation become evident, the overall appearance of the skin is markedly improved. What To Expect After a 3D Skin Rejuvenation?
A mild redness of the skin occurs following the procedure which resolves after 30 - 60 minutes. This is truly a lunch time procedure and one can comfortably go back to work after the procedure.
